What I grapple with day to day is specific to my workplace.<\/p>\n
I am also an executive manager.<\/p>\n
And so those challenges tend to be about people and teams.<\/p>\n
So what of that is suitable for discussing in a public forum?<\/p>\n
I cannot discuss our strategies and projects. <\/p>\n
I need to respect co-workers privacy.<\/p>\n
My success requires trust and credibility I earn as much by what I don’t say as what I do.<\/p>\n
Finally, my opinions are packed in the baggage of my own limitations.<\/p>\n
